DoorDash/CSFP Associate Part-Time (20 Hours)

JOB TITLE: DoorDash/CSFP Associate Part-Time

Reports To: Home Delivery Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

This grant-funded position will assist EPFH in increasing our Home Delivery to seniors eligible for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). Clients who are already enrolled in the Home Delivery Program and clients receiving their CSFP boxes from EPFH will both be moved into the CSFP Home Delivery program.

1. Through phone calls or in-person screening, determine client eligibility for CSFP Home Delivery.

2. Update client information in Link2Feed Database, ensuring accuracy.

3. Coordinate mailings for client applications and notices and track their return.

4. Ensure completed paperwork is on file for CSFP Home Delivery clients, following up with any delayed documents. Requirements – Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Good customer service, specifically good phone etiquette Attention to detail, and follow-through
