H.O.P.E.+ Mobile Clinic & Health Fair Coming to El Pasoans Fighting Hunger

The H.O.P.E.+ Initiative is bringing its Mobile Clinic and Health Fair to El Pasoans Fighting Hunger on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, offering free health services and resources to our community.

Location: 9541 Plaza Cir, El Paso, Texas 79927
Time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

At this one-day event, visitors can receive free health services including:

• Blood pressure checks
• Blood and glucose tests
• Health education and screenings
• Vaccines
• Haircuts
• And much more

Guests can also look forward to free food boxes, raffle prizes, and other giveaways. Service animals are welcome.

This health fair will take place alongside our daily Mercado food distribution, where anyone experiencing hunger or unstable housing is welcome to pick up fresh food and groceries. We encourage our neighbors in need, especially those facing homelessness or housing insecurity, to join us and take advantage of these resources.

How to Prepare

• Please avoid eating or drinking anything (other than water) for 8 hours before blood tests.
• Bring an ID if you have one, though it is not required to receive services.

The H.O.P.E.+ (Home-free, Outreach, Prevention, Education) Initiative is a community-driven program founded in 2016 to close health gaps and expand access to care for underserved populations in our region. Supported by the Direct Relief Foundation and more than 85 local partners, H.O.P.E.+ brings together students and professionals from social work, nursing, clinical laboratory science, and pharmacy to provide vital health and human services to people experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and other vulnerable circumstances.
