Exciting News: Match Gift Opportunity!

While donations tend to decrease in the Summer, the demand for our services does not change. In response to this critical period, we are excited to share that an anonymous donor has pledged a $300,000 matching gift, but we need to raise this amount to unlock the funds.

The matching gift will not only match donations from past or new donors dollar for dollar but will also match any increased amount from current donors. So, if you currently support us, please consider increasing your contribution to have it matched.

Every contribution, big or small, has a profound impact—one dollar translates into providing food for seven nourishing meals!

Your support will:

• Impact the lives of those we serve through our food distribution center, partnerships, and programs.
• Fuel our ability to transport food from across the country to our community, ensuring families in need receive nutritious food.
• Support our efforts to provide emergency food assistance during times of crisis and fight food insecurity every single day.
• Help us educate the community about nutrition and food security, fostering long-term solutions.

Did you know?

• Our client-choice distribution "Mercado" at our warehouse facility serves an average of 1,600 individuals daily.
• Our facility is also the distribution center for over 100 partner pantries across the borderland region.
• In 2023, we distributed over 106 million pounds of food and served over 177,000 individuals.
• We also distributed healthy and nutritious food to nearly 1,000 client-choice, mobile pantries which provide food to schools, and underserved/unserved communities, including colonias.

Remember, every $1 donated provides food for 7 meals!
