Workforce Development Program Manager
Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Position Summary:
El Pasoans Fighting Hunger is looking for a Workforce Development Program Manager to build out this new program to address one valuable opportunity to move people out of food insecurity: employment.
The program manager develops, supports, and promotes the EPFH's new Workforce Development program. This position cultivates strategic partnerships with stakeholders and develops and implements workforce engagement strategies for partnerships with local businesses and recruitment organizations. Oversees curriculum and training plan for participants.

Woking Conditions & Physical Demands
This position operates in a typical warehouse and office environment and requires constant use of a
computer and other office equipment, such as phones, calculators, computer printers, and copy machines. The person in this position needs to move about safely in the warehouse and will move from warehouse to office environment frequently throughout the day.
The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and external stakeholders (food bank leadership and staff, employment & community partners, students, etc.). Must be able to gather and exchange accurate information in these situations. This position requires local travel for meetings (reliable transportation is needed), or professional development opportunities. Infrequent national and/or overnight travel may be required for optional professional development opportunities.
Occasional nights or weekends may be required.
Position Type & Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). It is not eligible for overtime pay. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position requires occasional evenings and weekends.
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary range for this position depends on experience. Benefits include: paid time off, health/dental/life insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, etc.
