We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented Link2Feed roll out coordinator to train and guide partner agencies, their staff and volunteers as they make the switch from paper intake to the Link2Feed (L2F) Service Insights Client Database. This person has to be a reliable, adaptable and a proactive coordinator. The food bank is looking for this energetic person to help integrate the Link2Feed food bank software to over 100 of our partner agencies. Must provide strong and courteous customer service and be excellent interacting with the community. Responsibilities are to be in consistent communication with the partner agency coordinators, Partner Agency Manager, and software techs to help resolve technical issues and provide support, gather information, questions, issues from the agencies and provide resolutions for such.
Successful intake coordinators should be exceptionally adaptable, have strong analytical and communication skills. This position will take place alternating from on site and office setting. It may require standing up for long periods of time and being outside in all weather conditions. The candidate has knowledge of computers and technology, word processing, database and spreadsheet software, and a valid driver’s license. This job requires your own transportation to travel to different sites.
