We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented team which will provide support to the intake roll out coordinator. The team will integrate Link2Feed, a new food bank Service Insights Client Database to over 100 of our partner agencies. This person must be reliable, adaptable and proactive. Must provide strong and courteous customer service and enjoy interacting with the community. Your responsibilities are to be in consistent communication with your team and partner agency coordinators. Assist with software training, software technical support, assisting with intake of personal information from clients and maintenance of the new software.
Successful intake specialist should have the ability to efficiently adapt to various agencies with both existing and new clients. Introduce and replace a long-established paper intake process with 100% technology managed program. This position will take place alternating from on site and office setting. It may require standing up for a long period of time and being outside in all weather conditions. The candidate has knowledge of computers and technology, word processing, database and spreadsheet software, and a valid driver’s license. This job requires your own transportation to travel to different sites.
